In order to comply with new Ohio laws, there are now two options for viewing Sheriff’s Sales. Beginning with new Sheriff’s Sales on 10/17/2022, sales will be posted online at Real Auction.com. You will be able to view those Sheriff’s Sales and bid online. We will no longer hold Sheriff’s Sales in-person for these sales at the Guernsey County Common Pleas Courthouse. It is important to know that Delinquent land tax sales will still take place at the courthouse as has been done in the past. Delinquent Land Tax procedures have not changed and will continue to be posted to the current website. Sheriff’s Sales that took place before 10/17/2022 are also viewable on the the current website.
